Two Senators have recently devised the Bipartisan Tax Fairness and Simplification Act. This law also addresses the issues of taxes and wages in the online gambling industry. This law is set to replace an older one, which is currently outdated. Among other things, it could give online poker some legal regulations, which the game is searching for a long time.
The law also envisions simplifying the procedure for taxpayers throughout the US. They will be required to fill in a single page form, prepared for them by the IRS. The two officials that prepared this law were congratulated for their initiative. The US needs a good law for this sector of business. The attempts to prohibit online poker have failed and the State needs to regain control of the online gambling industry.
One of the two senators is very familiar with these issues. He already proposed some time ago that the revenue from online poker to be used for health and other reforms. Although the idea was ultimately withdrawn, initiatives like this one will lead to a mush wanted legalization and regulation of online poker and gambling.
